Located at Toronto Rehab, this temporary full-time position is designed for professionals passionate about neuro rehabilitation. You will assess patients, collaborate on treatment plans, and provide education to facilitate optimal recovery. Your contributions help improve lives and advance the standards of care at UHN.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and implement rehabilitation strategies for stroke patients
• Work alongside an inter-professional team for holistic care
• Communicate treatment plans to patients and stakeholders




• Develop cutting-edge patient-centered care approaches
• Participate in program planning and evaluation initiatives

Requirements:
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent required
• Current registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
• At least 2 years of neuro rehabilitation experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• NDT training considered an asset
