Direct the strategic development of the Mandarin Program as Assistant Director. Engage in academic coordination and provide invaluable support to students and faculty in a faith-based context.

As a key leader, this role requires you to ensure successful program implementation through budget oversight, course management, and mentorship initiatives. You will facilitate connections between students and local churches, enhancing their spiritual and academic growth. Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to drive the program forward.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute strategic plans with the Program Director
• Supervise academic support and advising services
• Prepare and manage annual program budgets




• Evaluate curriculum effectiveness and suggest improvements
• Cultivate relationships with community churches

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in theological studies is preferred
• 4 years of academic administration experience minimum
• 3 years in a pastoral role required
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English is essential
• Robust organizational skills and leadership capabilities
