Reporting to the Manager of Operations, you will continuously support and improve the Primary Care Program. This role includes conducting data analysis, identifying efficiency initiatives, and managing cross-functional relationships. You'll become a vital subject-matter expert while promoting strategic improvements across our services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide analysis and support for strategic initiatives
• Identify and implement efficiency improvement initiatives
• Perform financial and operational data analysis




• Advise on current processes for Medical Programs
• Monitor and support Primary Care responses

Requirements:
• 2+ years in an operational or corporate strategy role
• Experience in healthcare startups is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field
• Proven project management experience
• Strong analytical and communication skills
