The Opportunity
We currently have an opening for a Manger – Project and Program Delivery. In this role you will be responsible for leadership across project management, business analysis, organizational change management (OCM), and delivery governance.
The role is accountable for establishing delivery discipline, improving project execution maturity, and enabling successful realization of business outcomes through technology and operational transformation initiatives.

What You’ll Do
Program & Project Delivery
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of digital and technology projects and programs
Oversee project portfolio health, delivery schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies
Ensure initiatives are aligned with strategic priorities and operational objectives
Establish and maintain delivery methodologies, standards, and governance practices
Drive consistent project reporting and executive-level status communication
Business Analysis
Lead business analysis capabilities to ensure requirements are well defined and aligned with business outcomes
Support solution evaluation, process improvement, and operational readiness activities
Facilitate collaboration between business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors
Organizational Change Management
Lead change management practices for major transformation initiatives. In most cases OCM resources will be provided by a central OCM team or provided through external consultants.
Ensure stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and adoption planning are integrated into delivery efforts
Support leaders and teams through organizational and process change
Delivery Governance & Portfolio Coordination
Manage prioritization, intake coordination, and project sequencing in partnership with Digital Services – Planning and Governance.
Escalate and manage delivery risks, resource constraints, and cross-functional issues
Support investment planning and business case development
Team Leadership
Lead and mentor project managers, business analysts, software developers, and related delivery resources.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Build organizational project delivery capability and maturity
Does this sound like you?
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline
8–12+ years of progressive experience in project/program delivery leadership
Experience managing complex technology and business transformation initiatives
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
Experience with portfolio management, governance, and organizational change management
