Seeking a skilled Carpenter with over 5 years of experience for in office construction projects. This role involves a variety of carpentry duties including layout preparation, installation, and maintenance.

The Carpenter position requires relevant trade certifications and demonstrated expertise in residential and commercial environments. You will be responsible for measuring, cutting, and assembling materials made from wood and other components. Additionally, you will supervise small teams, schedule work, and ensure job safety on site.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare layouts adhering to building codes
• Measure, cut, and shape various materials
• Build foundations and install structural components
• Fit and install windows, doors, and mouldings
• Supervise 1 to 2 team members on site

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of carpentry experience
• Carpenter Trade Certification required
• Valid driver's license and own transportation
• Fall Arrest Protection Training completed
• Ability to work in physically demanding conditions

Utilize your carpentry skills for construction and renovation, contributing to quality projects on-site.
