Join Options Community Services as a Maintenance Manager, leading efforts to maintain Ted Kuhn Towers and ensure secure living conditions. Utilize your leadership abilities and building operations knowledge to bolster community safety.

As the Maintenance Manager, you will oversee the operational safety and maintenance of various housing sites, reporting directly to the Senior Property Manager. You will manage a Mobile Maintenance Team, handle work orders, and ensure inspections are conducted regularly. Collaboration with property and program managers is essential to manage vendor contracts effectively while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise preventative and emergency maintenance tasks
• Lead a dedicated team ensuring timely responses to issues




• Coordinate inspections and manage overall maintenance activities
• Develop maintenance staff and oversee their training
• Manage inventory control and contribute to budget planning

Requirements:
• At least three years of experience in maintenance management
• Two years of supervisory experience in a related field
• Valid BC driver's license with reliable vehicle access
• First Aid and WHMIS certifications required
• Proficient in maintenance software and team leadership
