Aviva Trial Lawyers is expanding its Ontario presence and seeks experienced Litigation Clerks. In this role, you'll assist one lawyer, manage daily files, and perform a variety of clerking tasks. Your contributions will support ongoing litigation matters in a collaborative environment that values flexibility and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and draft legal documents and correspondence
• Compile books of authorities and factums
• Summarize discovery notes and medical reports
• Maintain organized files and manage lawyer’s calendar
• Liaise with external parties and investigators

Requirements:
• 3+ years in legal assistant/law clerk role
• Solid knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in MS Word and Outlook
• Ability to work independently and in a team
