This role focuses on client education, needs analysis, and support, with structured training and licensing guidance provided. No prior licensing is required to apply.

Key Responsibilities Educate individuals and families on Insurance & Financial fundamentals, including life insurance and living benefits
Assist clients in understanding their Insurance and Financial needs and protection options
Participate in structured training, coaching, and professional development sessions
Maintain ethical standards and professionalism in all client interactions
Collaborate with team members in a supportive, compliance-focused environment
What we are looking for Coachable and growth-oriented mindset
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with the ability to manage time independently
Interest in Finance, Insurance, or Financial education
Previous experience in finance, sales, or client services is helpful but not required
