ADayintheLife

Manage the Construction Execution Plan, Safety Management Plan, Environmental Management Plan, Quality Management Plan, Requests for Information,Change Notices, Non-Conformance Reports, commissioning and energization processes, as-built completions, and contract compliance.

Coordinate with engineering to ensure work is executed in accordance with design specifications, standards, and contractual requirements while prioritizing safety.





Assistwiththerecruitment,development,andretentionofprojectteams,includinginternalteammembers,contractors,andsubcontractors.

Establishandmaintainstronginterpersonalrelationshipstoeffectivelycommunicateandcollaboratewithindividualsatalllevels.

Developremediationplanswiththeprojectteamtoaddressscheduleorcostissues.

WhatYou'llBringtotheTeam

Aminimumof10yearsofexperienceasaConstructionManagerinthemining,pulpandpaper,orheavyindustrialsectors.

Academicqualificationsand/orexperiencethatenableyoutoeffectivelyinterfacewithengineeringandmanagementteams.

Aresults orientedapproachwiththeabilitytomanagemultiplecompetingprioritiesandtimelines.

Stronganalytical,problem-solving,audit,andinvestigationskills.

Demonstratedleadershipexperienceworkingwithmultipleinternaldisciplinesandexternalclientsacrosscivil,structural,process,electrical,mechanical,andothertechnicalareas.

Workingknowledgeofcontracttermsandconditions,withtheabilitytomanageworkinaccordancewithcontractspecifications.

Strongcommunication,interpersonal,andteam-buildingskillswithinadiverseworkgroup.

Availabilitytoworkatprojectsitesasrequired,dependingonprojectneeds.
