The Opportunity
We're looking for an Investment Representative to join our growing Canadian team. This role is pivotal — you'll support our retail, active trader, and high-net-worth clients through trade support, proactive retention, and expert service delivery. This role reports directly to the Vice President, Customer Success.
What You'll Be Doing
Drive Client Success: Provide frontline support for client trades, account inquiries, and platform navigation across multiple asset classes
Client Retention & Relationship Building: Identify clients at risk of attrition and engage with strategic retention efforts to re‑ignite their experience with Moomoo
Resolve with Impact: Tackle client complaints with a solution-oriented mindset while ensuring compliance with CIRO standards
Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Compliance, Risk, and Product teams to elevate client experience while adhering to regulatory requirements
Market Expertise: Stay informed on market developments to provide clients with relevant insights and context for their trading decisions
Communication Excellence: Use tools like Feishu, BBM, and Excel to document, analyze, and communicate effectively across teams
Be Adaptable: Thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities

Requirements
What You Bring
Education: University degree in Finance, Business, Economics,
or related discipline
Certifications: CSC (Canadian Securities Course) and CPH (Conduct and Practices Handbook) — both required
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in financial services, preferably within a brokerage setting
Skills & Strengths:
Strong understanding of capital markets, trading strategies, and investment products
Exceptional communicator with fluency in English; French is an asset
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with internal communication platforms like Feishu and BBM
Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of thriving under pressure
Collaborative spirit with the ability to work cross-functionally
Deep understanding of compliance and risk management within Canadian investment regulations
