About the Role
We are looking for a sales-driven Personal and Commercial Lines Producer. You can apply with or without your own book of business.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sales, networking, finding current clients, and building strong customer relationships.

What You'll Do

Generate new business through networking and referrals.

Find and follow up with new leads.

Understand clients' insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage.

Review quotes and provide coverage recommendations.

Follow underwriting guidelines from insurance partners.

Build and manage your own book of business.

Work independently while meeting sales goals.

Requirements

RIBO or OTL license required.

Minimum 2 years of insurance industry experience.

Sales-focused and comfortable with networking and generating referrals.

Able to generate leads from multiple sources.

Independent, ambitious, and competitive.

Customer-focused with a positive attitude.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of Applied Rating, Power Broker, and insurance company portals.
