In this role, you will oversee the implementation of sophisticated projects within UHN’s Epic Health Information System, focusing on improving surgical data quality and interoperability solutions. You should possess a solid background in healthcare IT projects and change management practices to ensure the delivery of impactful digital solutions that enhance patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop detailed project plans with stakeholders
• Ensure proper management of project budgets and documentation




• Report progress to executive-level stakeholders
• Foster effective communication throughout project lifecycles
• Lead and mentor project teams towards success

Requirements:
• At least 5 years of project management experience
• Degree in Health Informatics or related field required
• Excellent analytical and customer service skills
• Familiarity with Epic and healthcare systems advantageous
• Project Management Professional (PMP) designation is required
