Your proven expertise with a paver and roller will be critical in producing durable commercial surfaces, especially during the busy construction season and potential winter operations. Strong leadership skills and a commitment to safety are paramount in this crucial position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct daily paving crew operations and monitor performance
• Operate the screed to achieve quality depth and finish




• Utilize rollers for proper compaction and mat protection
• Engage in hand work for finishing and repairs
• Foster a safe jobsite workplace in line with safety standards

Requirements:
• Minimum of 3-5 years in asphalt paving
• Strong screed and roller operation experience
• Valid driver's license Class 5 or higher
