As part of the Technology & Innovation division, this role demands a deep understanding of optical physics and electromagnetic simulation methods. You will design, model, and optimize sub-wavelength structures while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in Python or MATLAB for design automation and iterative optimization is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and optimize metalenses and metasurface optical filters
• Conduct simulations using FDTD, RCWA, and finite-element methods
• Balance optical performance with manufacturability in designs
• Document findings and communicate results to teams
• Automate simulation tasks through scientific programming
Requirements:
• PhD or MSc in Physics or related field
• Knowledge of meta-optics and optical physics
• Proficient in electromagnetic simulation tools
• Experience in Python or MATLAB programming
