About Atkinson Construction
Atkinson Construction is a growing, employee-owned general contracting firm based in St. Albert, Alberta. About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to lead day-to-day field operations on commercial construction projects out of our Edmonton region. This role is best suited to candidates who are comfortable with out-of-town work and travel to project sites across Western Canada, as required. This is a senior leadership role for someone who is equally at home running a complex multi-trade site as they are mentoring a young carpenter or walking through a design challenge with an architect.

At Atkinson Construction, Site Superintendents are the backbone of our delivery. You'll be accountable for safety, quality, schedule, and the culture on your site — and you'll have the full support of an experienced project management team behind you.

What We Offer

Competitive rate of pay for an experienced Site Superintendent

Comprehensive benefits through Open Circle

Bonus pay opportunities

Company vehicle or vehicle allowance

Employee-owned company — your contributions are recognized and rewarded

Diverse project portfolio spanning Western Canada

A high-performing, collaborative team with a real commitment to professional growth

The Work You'll Be Doing

Operating out of the Edmonton area, you'll be involved in a diverse range of commercial and institutional projects — including mixed-use developments, supportive housing, civic buildings, and other complex general contracting scopes. Our projects vary in scale and sector, and you'll have the opportunity to work on projects that make a tangible difference to the communities we serve across Western Canada.
