Enhance cancer care as a Medical Physicist II in Halifax, Nova Scotia with Nova Scotia Health. This full time role combines clinical services with academic responsibilities within an innovative cancer program.

Become a vital part of the Cancer Care Program at QEII Health Sciences Centre. Here, your expertise will support treatment planning, quality assurance, and the development of new techniques and protocols. In addition to clinical duties, you will have faculty responsibilities at Dalhousie University, contributing to CAMPEP-accredited graduate programs in medical physics.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support clinical treatment planning and QA processes
• Develop new treatment protocols and techniques
• Teach and supervise graduate students in medical physics




• Conduct research and engage in academic activities
• Serve as a preceptor in residency training programs

Requirements:
• Master's or Doctoral degree in Medical Physics
• Certification by MCCPM or eligibility for MCCPM certification
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Competence in multiple languages, particularly French
• Canadian citizenship or permanent resident preferred
