Join Park Place Home as a Dietitian, focusing on resident-centered nutrition. This contracted position involves menu approval and therapeutic diet planning tailored to individual needs.
In your role, you will assess new residents and develop personalized dietary recommendations in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. Your expertise will guide the Food Services Manager in ensuring compliance with food service standards, enhancing resident satisfaction throughout their stay. You will also conduct swallowing assessments and lead educational sessions for staff on dietary topics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess residents' nutritional needs upon admission
• Consult on menu development and dietary matters
• Track nutritional progress and adjust care plans
• Provide staff training on therapeutic diets
• Participate in quality improvement and safety initiatives
Requirements:
• Degree in Food and Nutrition or related field
• Two years of relevant experience preferred
• Robust organizational and communication skills
• Ability to effectively work in a team setting
• Physical ability to manage job tasks
