Reporting to the Field Service Manager, you will manage service projects and customer care agreements for ABB automation systems. Collaborate with account managers and cross-functional teams while tracking contract performance and exceeding client expectations. You'll serve clients in diverse industrial and utility sectors, ensuring optimal support for mission-critical processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage customer service orders for optimal cost control
• Coordinate project efforts with engineering and subcontractors




• Review and report on contract performance status
• Prepare quotes and implement necessary contract changes
• Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders

Requirements:
• Minimum five years in industrial control systems project management
• Experience with distributed control systems (DCS)
• PMP designation is an asset
• Solid communication and solution-focused mindset
• Proficiency in SAP or ERP systems and MS Project
