Mentor and develop project managers and technical teams, strengthening ERM's delivery capability

Foster collaboration across ERM's national and global network

Champion a culture of health, safety, quality, and environmental stewardship

What You'll Bring:

Required

Bachelor's degree in environmental science, environmental engineering, or a related field; advanced degree is an asset

Demonstrated proficiency in project management practices, including change management, risk management, quality management, and financial controls

Strong financial acumen, including budget oversight, forecasting, invoicing, and performance management

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools and reporting

Experience overseeing environmental, regulatory, permitting, and/or field programs across disciplines

Field experience (e.g., wildlife, terrestrial ecology, soils, wetlands, aquatic biology, hydrology) to support oversight and review

Experience identifying client opportunities and influencing pursuit strategy, scope, and commercial positioning

PMP or equivalent project management certification

Bilingual in English and French and/or Spanish

Key Responsibilities:
