We need a part time or full-time Physio Therapist committed to enhancing seniors' quality of life through rehabilitation and support. Your role encompasses assessing residents' needs, collaborating with team members, and adapting care plans to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and identify rehabilitation challenges
Create customized care and treatment plans
Facilitate communication with a multidisciplinary team
Oversee and maintain accurate residents’ statistics
Ensure secure operational conditions and equipment maintenance
Requirements:
Graduate from an accredited Physio Therapy program
Current member of the Alberta College of Physio Therapists
AADL Authorizer status is advantageous
Familiarity with MDS and/or RAI preferred
Excellent organizational and communication abilities
