You’ll work directly with decision-makers, managing your pipeline and delivering tailored group benefits solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and engage business owners and HR leaders
Transform conversations into valuable client opportunities
Design and present comprehensive group benefits solutions




Manage onboarding and renewal relationships effectively
Collaborate with carriers to successfully close deals

Requirements:
3+ years of employee perks or group insurance experience
Life & A&S; license in your home province
CEBS or GBA designation is an asset
Strong communication skills for complex benefits discussions
Comfortable in a competitive, results-driven environment
