Ideal candidates will have a robust background in mental health therapy and experience with return-to-work facilitation. The focus is on creating actionable treatment plans that emphasize therapy and client recovery.Key Responsibilities:
Assess client barriers to effective functioning and RTW
Conduct therapy sessions following MHR program standards
Implement CBT, MI, and problem-solving behavioral strategies
Maintain communication with clinical staff for reportingRequirements:
Registered Occupational Therapist with certification
Minimum 1 year experience in Mental Health counseling
Familiarity with CBT and MI methodologies
Experience with Return to Work programs
