Ensure compliance, accuracy, and effective team management across multiple business units.You will play a critical role in overseeing rebate activities while collaborating with Finance, Marketing, and other departments. This position focuses on managing a team of Analysts to deliver exact rebate calculations and adhere to established processes. Additionally, you will establish KPIs and drive necessary improvements within the rebate framework.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all rebate calculations and approvals
Manage team performance and development initiatives
Ensure accurate accruals and variance explanations
Develop and monitor key performance indicators




Participate in onboarding and recruitment strategiesRequirements:
Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
3–5 years in financial analysis or rebate management
