Bird Construction seeks an experienced HSE Coordinator with a focus on safety compliance and accident monitoring. You will manage records, assist in current project startups, and conduct safety orientations for workers. Your expertise will lead site inspections, document investigations, and implement safety training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain safety statistics and accident records
Assist in planning for recent safety issues
Conduct current worker safety orientations
Monitor compliance and conduct site inspections
Administer the Company’s COR program

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of field safety experience
Required: Construction Safety Officer (CHSO or NCSO)
Relevant post-secondary education in HSE
Proven ability to motivate teams
