In this Senior role at Aviva, you will be involved in settling primarily complex personal lines claims, ensuring a high standard of quality and customer satisfaction. With at least 2 years of property insurance claims experience, you will coordinate with premier property vendors to assess losses. Flexibility is key as you may work rotating shifts, including Saturdays when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage settlement of complex personal lines claims
• Collaborate with property vendors to quantify claims




• Provide excellent customer service on claim-related issues
• Utilize computer software for coordination and reporting
• Assist with catastrophic claims during high volume periods

Requirements:
• 2+ years in property insurance claims experience
• CIP designation or in progress
• Atlantic Licenses obtained
• Robust communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to prioritize and organize tasks effectively
