Key Responsibilities:
• Track overdue accounts and follow up promptly
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and writing




• Negotiate payment plans and resolve disputes when necessary
• Maintain collection records and credit risk updates
• Work with Sales and Finance to tackle payment issues

Requirements:
• Minimum three years in collections or AR roles
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English
• Deep knowledge of collections and financial metrics
• Excel and accounting system proficiency required
• Self-starter with meticulous attention to detail
