Wave Health is a multidisciplinary health clinic opening Q4 2026 on Calgary's iconic 4th Street in Mission. We offer integrated, expert-led care that feels as current and considered as the people it serves — occupying the space between premium healthcare and contemporary wellness, without compromising on either.

We're looking for an RMT who treats massage therapy as clinical care — and who wants to practice alongside chiropractors, physiotherapists, and other disciplines in a genuinely connected environment.

Who You Are





A Registered Massage Therapist with 2,200-hour (or equivalent) certification and membership in good standing with a recognized professional association (e.g., MTAA, NHPC, CMMOTA) eligible for insurance direct billing

Carrying current professional liability insurance

An experienced, patient-centred therapist with robust assessment skills and a therapeutic, outcome-oriented approach

Collaborative, approachable, and professional — you communicate well with patients and co-treating practitioners alike

Excited to help shape a brand-new clinic's culture and patient experience
