Major Responsibilities

A minimum of 2 years of general corporate and securities law experience gained from a leading law firm in Canada, the United States or the United Kingdom;

A self‑starter attitude, who embraces challenge and thrives in a fast‑paced setting;

Exceptional client service skills and business acumen;

Excellent communication,

Compensation
Compensation offered will be based on a variety of factors including year of call, job‑related knowledge, education, skills and experience.
