Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and diagnosis
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Facilitate effective communication among care team members
• Mentor junior nursing staff and students
• Document and evaluate nursing interventions

Requirements:
• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
• Active BCCNM registration as a Registered Nurse
• Experience in collaborative health care settings
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage tasks
• Commitment to ongoing career development
