Join UHN as a Project Manager and drive strategic initiatives for the Acute Resuscitation Program. This role focuses on enhancing patient safety and quality improvement across Toronto’s leading hospitals.

In this temporary full time role, you'll work at Toronto General and Toronto Western Hospitals, delivering project leadership and coordinating critical healthcare initiatives. You'll engage with various stakeholders to create implementation plans and ensure governance and quality standards are met within the Acute Resuscitation Program.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the implementation of vital program recommendations
• Develop and track comprehensive project roadmaps
• Support governance structure and reporting processes




• Facilitate multidisciplinary collaboration for projects
• Monitor and report on project timelines and outcomes

Requirements:
• 5+ years of project management experience in healthcare
• Degree in Health Administration or related fields
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification advantageous
• Proven experience in quality improvement initiatives
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
