As the Maintenance and Operations Manager, you will oversee the entire operation of our year-round ski hill. This role requires a minimum of five years of maintenance management experience in the ski resort industry. You'll develop policies, manage budgets, and ensure efficient snowmaking and equipment maintenance throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement operational and maintenance policies
• Prepare and monitor ski hill budgets and finances
• Manage snowmaking and maintenance schedules year-round




• Recruit, train, and supervise maintenance staff
• Negotiate with suppliers for materials and equipment

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of ski resort maintenance management
• College Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
• Robust communication and analytical skills
• Experience in contracting and safety leadership
• Flexibility for irregular hours as needed
