Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee timely development of cost estimates and schedules
• Compile information from all estimating disciplines
• Prepare detailed labor-force work plans for estimating




• Validate project cost estimates through rigorous quality control
• Develop estimate execution plans for projects

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or equivalent
• At least 10 years of relevant estimating experience
• Expertise in hydropower and water infrastructure
• Familiarity with InEight or similar estimating platforms
• Solid problem-solving and mentoring abilities
