Who are you?
Turner & Townsend are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to drive the planning, design and construction of innovative retail real estate as part of a program with a large client.

You are a confident technically strong construction professional with deep experience in commercial interiors, construction management delivery, and CCDC 5B contracts. You bring a robust sense of ownership, accountability and urgency. An individual comfortable operating as the senior technical authority, with the ability to translate complex construction issues with clarity at an executive-level.

Job Description

Leading construction delivery from pre-planning and tender through to commissioning, deficiency clearance, and turnover

Acting as the primary Owner’s Representative and technical authority on a complex interior build

Managing CCDC 5B contracts, including CM fees, reimbursable costs, and conversion to stipulated price

Overseeing General Contractors, consultants, and vendors, and resolving issues before they impact cost or schedule





Conducting constructability reviews during design-assist to proactively mitigate risk

Translating technical challenges into clear, executive-level reporting

Driving schedule, budget, quality, and safety performance

Qualifications

10+ years of construction or project management experience on large commercial or corporate interior projects

Proven delivery of CCDC 5B projects over $30M

Strong leadership experience on multi-floor tenant improvements or base-building interiors

Advanced negotiation and commercial acumen

Expert technical knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and consultant coordination

Proficiency in Bluebeam, IWMS platforms, and the Google ecosystem, MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, & Project or P6

Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or similar (PMP preferred)

PMP certification is preferred.
