As a Maintenance Worker, you will oversee the building and grounds' maintenance under the Site Leader and Maintenance Supervisor. This role requires executing tasks such as performing work orders, conducting safety checks, and maintaining overall building operations. You will also be responsible for routine and emergency maintenance, ensuring safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:



• Conduct required checks and log maintenance documentation • Maintain the building and grounds in operational order • Execute preventative maintenance using the Maintenance Care program • Transparent sidewalks and areas of ice and snow in winter • Paint vacant suites and touch-ups in common spaces

Requirements: • High School diploma with 2+ years of experience preferred • Robust communication and organizational skills • Knowledge of building and fire codes is essential • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment • Successful completion of a Vulnerable Sector Criminal Check
