Emburse seeks a skilled SaaS Solution Advisor to support customer implementations and maximize engagement with our solutions. This role merges technical knowledge with excellent consulting capabilities.

As a Solution Advisor, you will provide ongoing expertise and support to a portfolio of clients, ensuring they derive the most value from Emburse’s cutting-edge SaaS offerings. You will be responsible for handling configuration changes, facilitating discussions, and guiding users through product capabilities and best practices, all while building solid long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:



• Manage configuration for a portfolio of ESA customers • Recommend best practices and optimize product use • Facilitate effective discussions with clients and colleagues • Handle multiple customer priorities efficiently • Assist in resolving complex customer inquiries

Requirements: • Proven experience in technical or consulting roles • Familiarity with configurable software and financial systems • Robust communication and organizational skills • Experience working with enterprise-level clients preferred • Bachelor's degree or equivalent background
