We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Virtual Bookkeeping and Reporting Specialist to manage financial records, maintain accurate bookkeeping information, reconcile accounts, and prepare financial reports. The successful candidate will work remotely and support the company's financial operations by ensuring records are accurate, organized, and up to date.

Key Responsibilities
Record and maintain daily financial transactions.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payment records.
Reconcile bank accounts and financial statements.
Monitor expenses and maintain accurate financial documentation.
Prepare weekly, monthly, and other financial reports.
Create and maintain spreadsheets and financial summaries.
Review financial records for errors, discrepancies, and missing information.
Assist with payroll records and expense tracking when required.
Maintain organized digital files and accounting documents.




Support month-end and year-end reporting activities.
Maintain confidentiality of company and financial information.

Requirements
Previous experience in bookkeeping, accounting, finance, or financial administration is preferred.
Knowledge of bookkeeping principles and financial recordkeeping.
Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms.
Strong Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Solid organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to prepare clear and accurate financial reports.
Positive written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Reliable internet connection and suitable home-office workspace.
