Achieve sales growth and profitability in all areas of the branchAchieve asset management and market share goalsManage and develop all employees in the branch with the goal of building a motivated and successful workforce that is focused on the long-term success of the company, customers, and employeesProvide feedback and input into future prospects and competitive pressuresManage branch account receivables in conjunction with the Director of Credit ServicesOther duties as assigned
