You will facilitate meaningful client interactions while tracking and reporting on team performance metrics to meet organization goals effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coach and mentor Talent Consultants for professional growth
• Assess candidates and manage recruitment processes
• Foster strong client relationships for understanding hiring needs
• Track, analyze,



and report on team performance
• Drive continuous improvement and high-performance culture

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience
• Leadership or mentorship background is beneficial
• Robust analytical skills for performance metrics
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to changing work priorities
