Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will manage the accounting team while ensuring accurate financial reporting and operational processes. Your expertise in guiding month-end closes and internal controls will be pivotal in maintaining the organization’s financial health. Engage collaboratively with property management teams to support financial practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage month-end and year-end closing procedures
• Prepare financial statements and reconciliations
• Oversee intercompany accounting and account analysis
• Support the Accounting team in their development
• Monitor tenant and vendor account activities

Requirements:
• CPA certification with a minimum of 5 years accounting experience
• Proficient in full-cycle accounting
• Solid ASPE and reporting knowledge
• Advanced proficiency in Excel
• Communication skills to translate financial data
