In your role at Mint, you will directly support patient health by conducting assessments, managing drug therapies, and educating both patients and healthcare teams. The Float Pharmacist position allows you to influence the well-being of the communities we serve by ensuring accessible and timely pharmaceutical care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage medication therapy and conduct patient assessments
• Administer vaccines and modify prescriptions as needed
• Ensure accurate medication preparation and distribution




• Liaise with health teams for optimal patient transitions
• Serve as a resource for drug information

Requirements:
• Doctor of Pharmacy or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy
• Active or eligible provincial pharmacy license
• Experience in direct patient engagement preferred
• Excellent communication and assessment skills
• Familiarity with electronic records and medication systems
