Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct family home visits and initial child assessments
• Develop relationships with professionals and community members
• Chair meetings with families and service providers




• Facilitate resource allocation for child needs
• Document progress and track program outcomes

Requirements:
• ECE Certification or relevant social science degree
• Four years’ experience in child development or early childhood care
• Proven supervisory experience in related roles
• Valid First Aid certificate and driver’s license
• Knowledge of community resources and services
