The Crossing Company is expanding and seeks experienced leaders for HDD drilling rigs. Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of hands-on experience and a solid foundation in leading crews. Excellent communication and a commitment to safety are essential for monitoring operations and achieving outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and direct the drilling crew on site.
• Conduct safe mobilization and rig tear-down.
• Assess drilling and equipment performance regularly.
• Implement safety plans and respond to emergencies.
• Drive accountability for crew output on rig.

Requirements:
• Hands-on experience with HDD rigs (Vermeer preferred).
• Established leadership skills in field operations.
• Physical fitness for outdoor work.
• Safety tickets: GDII, PCST, CSTS 2020.
• Willingness to travel across Western Canada.
