Lead the financial operations of The Sales Factory as our new Finance Controller. This remote role involves ownership of bookkeeping, payroll, and financial accuracy, paving the way for impactful growth.

The Sales Factory, headquartered in Toronto, is seeking a Controller to manage the day-to-day financial functions of the business. You'll work with contemporary accounting tools like QuickBooks or Xero, ensuring a smooth operation of payroll in Ceridian Dayforce and supporting efficiency through automation. This individual contributor role offers direct access to our CEO and fractional CFO, with clear opportunities for advancement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily financial operations, including bookkeeping and invoicing
• Manage payroll processes from start to finish in Ceridian Dayforce




• Ensure month-end closes are timely and compliant
• Handle audit documentation and finance client onboarding
• Rebuild and maintain the financial model with advisor oversight

Requirements:
• 5 to 8 years of accounting experience, preferably in a controller role
• CPA, CA designation is strongly preferred
• Must operate payroll independently in Ceridian Dayforce
• High attention to detail with a tech-savvy approach
• Experience in cross-border finance is a plus
