# IT Project CoordinatorWe are seeking an IT Project Coordinator to support a high-impact virtual learning initiative for a post-secondary environment. This role will lead discovery, requirements definition, and RFP development for a virtual delivery studio and connected classroom technology solution.This position requires a strong hybrid skillset across project coordination, business analysis, and stakeholder engagement, as there is no dedicated Project Manager assigned. This is a full-time, 3-month contract, working 37.5 hours per week, with onsite presence required in Calgary.Key ResponsibilitiesLead workshops and stakeholder sessions to gather and document business and technical requirementsTranslate business needs into transparent functional and technical specificationsAct as project coordinator,



managing timelines, deliverables, and status updatesSupport development of RFP documentation (scope, evaluation criteria, vendor approach)Collaborate with IT teams to ensure solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with standardsReview design plans and provide input on AV / classroom technology requirementsConduct research on comparable virtual learning and AV delivery modelsEnsure requirements traceability through solution design, procurement, and implementationIdentify risks, dependencies, and operational impacts (support, training, sustainment)
