As a Senior Associate in Hardware Supply Chain Management, you’ll play a critical role in supply planning, logistics, and cost management. Your expertise will span various areas, including inventory health, risk mitigation, and stakeholder management, driving efficiencies that enhance service and reduce costs. Aligning with Finance and other departments, you will also lead cross-functional projects to implement lasting changes and optimize operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own supply planning for assigned categories, balancing service and cost
• Drive shortage recovery with suppliers and monitor inventory health




• Support S&OP;/SIOP routines and align supply plans with demand
• Lead cross-functional supply chain projects with clear timelines
• Develop KPIs and dashboards for control and governance

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field
• 3+ years in inventory management tools like SAP or Oracle
• Solid project management experience and attention to detail
• Proven analytical skills for operational decisions
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
