Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct interviews and assessments with individuals in the justice system
• Collaborate with families and Elders on individualized plans
• Identify community-based resources for holistic support




• Prepare Gladue Reports for judicial consideration
• Monitor implementation of Healing & Wellness Plans

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Indigenous Studies or related fields
• Experience in the justice sector and restorative justice
• Knowledge of Gladue principles and Indigenous justice systems
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to travel and work flexible schedule
