Lead the financial operations of TNFC as a Finance Manager, facilitating effective budgeting and reporting in support of Indigenous cultural heritage. This role emphasizes financial oversight, including cash flow management and compliance.
As a Finance Manager, you will oversee all financial operations, manage accounting and payroll functions, and ensure the integrity of financial records. Your expertise will drive the development and analysis of annual budgets, enhancing financial planning and decision-making. Leading a team of finance professionals, you will implement process improvements for accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee financial operations, accounting, and payroll
• Develop and analyze annual budgets and forecasts
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements
• Monitor cash flow and manage financial planning
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
Requirements:
• CPA or CAFM designation preferred
• 3+ years in financial management/accounting
• Proficiency in Sage 50 and advanced Excel
• Experience with non-profit financial operations
• Explicit Criminal Reference Check needed
