Kainaiwa Children's Services Corporation is seeking an Employee Relations Officer to support workplace relations across the organization. You will investigate concerns, advise managers, and help align ER practices with policies and applicable laws while incorporating Indigenous values.
Under the direction of the Human Resources and Communication Manager, you will promote a fair, respectful workplace and provide reports on ER status. This position is based in Alberta and requires in office presence.
