Advance quality governance at Royal Jubilee Hospital as a Lead Clinical Governance Secretariat. This strategic leadership position focuses on quality assurance, evaluation, and enhancing clinical services throughout the organization.
As part of the Island Health team, you will significantly impact the quality frameworks and strategies within our healthcare system. In this full time role, you will support the redevelopment of regional quality strategies and work with various stakeholders to create effective quality governance structures. You’ll be collaborating with practice advisors, operational leaders, and advisory groups to drive quality initiatives that align with Island Health's goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and support implementation of regional quality strategies
• Build partnerships with operational leaders and practice advisors
• Develop Practice Networks for strategic quality priorities
• Establish sustainable quality governance processes
• Monitor and report on meaningful quality metrics
Requirements:
• Master's degree in related health field
• Seven years in healthcare, with two in quality improvement
• Quality-improvement certification or equivalent training
• Valid BC driver's license
• Strong facilitation and communication skills
