Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare project forms, schedules, and safety documentation
• Assist in preparing meetings, reports, and reviewing invoices
• Generate project task schedules for effective management




• Read and follow construction drawings and specifications
• Support management with crucial administrative tasks

Requirements:
• 5 years of construction experience required
• 2 years of estimating and coordination experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and related software is a plus
• G2 driver's license minimum requirement
